Senior Influencer Marketing Manager – Benelux & Germany

Achaté is growing rapidly across Europe, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Influencer Marketing

Manager to build and scale our influencer marketing across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

This is not an entry-level influencer marketing role.

We are looking for someone who already understands how to build a high-performing influencer program, negotiate strong partnerships, identify creators with commercial potential and turn influencer marketing into a measurable growth channel.

You will take ownership of our influencer marketing activities across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing our influencer marketing strategy across NL, BE and DE
• Identifying and recruiting relevant influencers and creators
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with high-performing creators
• Managing outreach, negotiations, contracts and collaborations
• Negotiating paid, gifted, affiliate and performance-based partnerships
• Developing creative briefs and campaign concepts together with our marketing and creative teams
• Building a strong pipeline of new influencer partnerships
• Managing influencer campaigns from first contact through publication and performance analysis
• Tracking revenue, ROAS, CPA, reach, engagement and other relevant performance metrics
• Identifying top-performing influencers and developing long-term ambassador relationships
• Continuously testing new creators, platforms, concepts and partnership models
• Understanding the differences between the Dutch, Belgian and German influencer markets
• Building scalable processes and reporting around influencer marketing
• Working closely with our Growth, Performance, Creative and Affiliate teams

Minimum 5 years of relevant influencer marketing experience is required.

We are specifically looking for someone who:

• Has a proven track record in influencer marketing, preferably within e-commerce, DTC or consumer brands
• Has hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns at scale
• Understands both brand building and performance-driven influencer marketing
• Is commercially strong and comfortable negotiating deals
• Knows how to evaluate whether an influencer is actually commercially valuable
• Is highly data-driven and uses performance insights to make decisions
• Can work independently and take full ownership of the channel
• Is proactive and does not wait for someone else to identify opportunities
• Has experience with the Dutch, Belgian and/or German market
• Is fluent in English
• Dutch and/or German language skills are a strong advantage

We don’t want influencer marketing to be a channel where we simply send products and hope for exposure.

We want to build a predictable and scalable growth channel.

You will be expected to know:

Who performs. Why they perform. What we paid. What revenue they generated. Who we should scale. And what we should test next.

Role: Senior Influencer Marketing Manager

Salary: €4,000 – €5,500 per month, depending on experience and proven track record
