Why This Role Exists

US stocks and equities is one of Gate's most significant growth frontiers — and we're moving into it seriously. We have the platform, the users, and the ambition. What we need is someone with deep roots in the equities ecosystem who can open doors, build the right partnerships, and turn a product launch into a real business. Depending on your background, this could be a leadership role or a high-impact individual contributor seat — we're open to both.

What You'll Own

• Drive growth strategy for Gate's US stocks and equities business globally
• Build partnerships with broker-dealers, liquidity providers, market makers, fintech platforms, and institutional players
• Expand affiliate, IB, KOL, and channel partner networks to grow users and trading volume
• Work across product, marketing, compliance, and regional teams to execute on strategy
• Track competitors, regulatory shifts, and emerging opportunities in the US equities space
• Support go-to-market for new stock trading products and features
• Lead and grow a team, or operate as a senior IC — depending on experience and fit

Who We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• 3+ years in BD, partnerships, or institutional sales within brokerage, fintech, or trading platforms
• Strong understanding of US equities market structure and ecosystem
• Existing network across brokers, market makers, fintech companies, or institutional clients
• Proven track record driving revenue, partnerships, or user growth
• Fluent English; comfortable operating across global, cross-functional teams

Strong plus:

• Experience leading a BD or partnerships team
• Background at a global exchange, online brokerage, or fintech trading platform
• Familiarity with equities, ETFs, options, margin, or multi-asset products
• Experience running affiliate or IB growth programs
