Business Development & Market Support Manager (m/w/d)

TIENS Europe Region is currently active on more than 20 markets. Identify and develop new business opportunities to support market growth in Germany. Provide ongoing market support to distributors and sales partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and business partners. Support the planning and execution of local business development initiatives. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy. Collaborate with regional and headquarters teams to align on market support strategy. Support distributor onboarding, training, and engagement activities. Assist in organizing local events, promotions, and business development campaigns. Track and report on business development activities and market performance. Support the local team with market research and business planning. Contribute to the development of local go-to-market strategies. Perform other business development and market support tasks as assigned. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field . 2–4 years of experience in in business development and market support, or a similar role, preferably within the direct selling / MLM industry . Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of distributor networks and the local market environment . Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus. Excellent speaking and writing in German and English languages; additional languages are an advantage.
