Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development & Partnerships Specialist to grow our global Host Partner network. This role focuses on driving new partnerships, strategically managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with host partners and key decision-makers
• Identify and convert new business opportunities through research, outreach, and follow-ups
• Lead partnership presentations, meetings, and onboarding processes (including agreements)
• Represent RMC Asia professionally in external engagements
• Collaborate internally to ensure a smooth partner experience and maintain accurate activity tracking

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in sales, business development, business management, or partnerships, preferably within Hotel, Tourism, or Hospitality
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, organized, and target-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and digital tools for business outreach
• International or hospitality industry exposure is a plus
