Role Description

• Customer Consultation: Provide information and answer customer inquiries to help them clearly understand the company’s products and services.
• Weekly Webinar Organization: Coordinate weekly online training sessions on the company’s products and platform to enhance customers’ knowledge and understanding.
• Customer Support & Request Handling: Promptly handle customer inquiries and support requests to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Customer Relationship Management: Use CRM tools to maintain and develop strong customer relationships.
• Collaboration with Advertising Partners: Work closely with agencies, group administrators, and influencers to support communication and marketing campaigns.
• Agency Coordination: Work with agencies on translation and content posting activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to assess opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, manage relationships, and support client satisfaction.
• Demonstrated Lead Generation experience, including prospecting, cold outreach, and pipeline development.
• Familiarity with business development or sales processes in fintech or technology industries is an advantage.
• Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and basic data reporting.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and collaborate with remote global teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in Filipino
