About Ledidi
Ledidi is a Norwegian health technology company providing a unified software platform for structured clinical data collection across the full evidence lifecycle — from feasibility studies and clinical trials to registries, post-market surveillance (PMS), and real-world evidence (RWE). Our platform is built around three core modules — Core, Trials, and Registry — each supporting a different stage of that lifecycle, from early-stage data collection through to regulated clinical trials and long-term registry follow-up. Our mission is to make it radically easier for sponsors, research sites, and clinicians to collect, structure, and act on health data — helping bring new medtech innovations to market faster and get good science to patients sooner.
Ledidi is headquartered in Norway, with employees in the UK and Denmark, and customers across the UK, Europe and the United States. We're growing fast, and our team is scaling with it — you'll join a small, close-knit commercial team where everyone knows what everyone else is working on and your work has a direct, visible impact.
We're genuinely curious about the problems we're solving, and we look for people who bring energy and their own ideas to the table rather than waiting to be told what to do.
Role Summary
Ledidi is seeking a candidate for the position of Business Development Representative (BDR). The core focus of this role is outreach and qualification — generating qualified meetings and early-stage pipeline through inbound follow-up, outbound prospecting, and consultative qualification.
But we're also looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships: where it makes sense, you'll carry select relationships further — through discovery calls, partners, and the CRO/consultancy network — rather than handing everything off, keeping the role varied and giving you real ownership beyond the first meeting. To be successful, the BDR must understand key business issues, identify prospect needs, and partner closely with Sales and Marketing to create high-quality opportunities for Ledidi.Join our fast-growing team where you will enjoy exciting work, continuous learning, and meaningful growth opportunities as we scale.
Ownership & Scope
- Own first-touch outbound and pipeline generation for Ledidi across an assigned segment and territory.

- Work the CRO (Contract Research Organisation) and consultancy partner network as a warm source, coordinating with the Head of Partnerships.
- Full responsibility for lead qualification and meeting-booking volume against target.
- Tech & AI-Enabled Prospecting — using automation and AI tools to identify, prioritise, and personalise outreach, freeing up more time for relationship-building and discovery calls.
- Act as the feedback loop between the market and Ledidi's sales, marketing and product teams.
