About Us

Caliber is a stakeholder intelligence company.

Stakeholder intelligence draws on multiple data sources to provide leading organizations with a better understanding of the people who matter most to them.

Always on, AI-powered, and grounded in real data, it gives leaders the insight they need to act with confidence and make smarter decisions that protect their company’s brand, reputation, and business.

Our mission is to make stakeholder intelligence indispensable for modern business. Our vision is to make business better through greater trust.

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Copenhagen, we operate globally — conducting thousands of stakeholder interviews every day across 50+ countries, and translating data into business action through AI-enabled multi-source analysis and expert interpretation.

The role is based in the Hamburg area and combines flexible remote work with regular in-person collaboration. As we establish Hamburg as our commercial base in Germany, you'll have the opportunity to be part of building our local presence from an early stage. This role requires native-level German, while our corporate language is English. Caliber is made up of 19 different nationalities, and we enjoy celebrating wins together – so we hope you do, too!

The Role

As a Business Development Representative, you'll help Caliber build its presence in the German market by driving targeted outbound prospecting and creating qualified opportunities with senior HR, Marketing, Communications and People leaders at large enterprise companies. You'll generate qualified pipeline for our market research and reputation intelligence solutions, working closely with Sales, Marketing and Leadership to shape our go-to-market strategy in the region. Within six months, you'll have built a strong pipeline across Germany and the wider DACH region and be consistently booking high-quality meetings with senior decision-makers.

Key Tasks & Activities

  • Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline across Germany and the wider DACH region.
  • Run outbound campaigns using LinkedIn, our CRM, email and phone to engage senior HR, Marketing, Communications and People leaders at large enterprise companies.
  • Qualify prospects and initial opportunities, ensuring a strong handover to the wider sales team for deeper discovery conversations and product demos.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Leadership to continuously refine messaging, targeting and outbound strategy.
  • Other tasks may be added based on your skills and interests.

N.B. Candidates should be based in Hamburg or the surrounding area, with availability for in-person collaboration as we grow our presence.

Your Profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) role, with a strong track record of outbound prospecting and consistently booking qualified meetings with potential customers.
  • Previous experience working with a CRM system.
  • Strong commercial mindset — curious, highly organized and self-driven, with the confidence to engage senior executives.
  • Native-level German and excellent English required.
  • Experience selling into HR, Marketing, Communications or People functions is a plus.
  • A background in SaaS, proprietary platforms, data products, research, insights or market intelligence solutions is not required, but a plus.

What We Offer

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and international scale-up that is redefining the field of stakeholder intelligence.

  • Collaboration with a strong and diverse team of professionals
  • Flexible remote work, with regular in-person collaboration as we build out our presence in Germany
  • Personal and professional growth opportunities
  • Competitive compensation package
  • A start-up vibe in a rapidly growing scale-up environment

Most importantly, we guarantee lots of fun with an enthusiastic team, where each new day brings new challenges and opportunities. As one of Caliber's first commercial hires dedicated to the German market, you'll have the chance to help shape our go-to-market approach in the region from the ground up.
