What You'll Do

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.

• Build, manage, and grow your own portfolio of customers.

• Take full ownership of the sales and transportation process, from identifying opportunities and closing customers to securing carrier capacity and managing shipments.

• Negotiate profitable rates with both customers and carriers.

• Coordinate and monitor shipments from pickup through delivery, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

• Develop long-term relationships with customers and carrier partners.

• Identify opportunities to increase revenue, shipment volume, and profitability within your accounts.

What We're Looking For

• Sales, business development, recruiting, account management, or customer-facing experience.

• Strong English communication skills (B2+).

• A competitive, goal-oriented mindset.

• Confidence in prospecting, negotiating, and building relationships.

• Coachability, resilience, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
