The Role & Package Details
- Berlin based hybrid role
- €48,000 base + variable
- Uncapped earning potential

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified pipeline for the Account Executive team
- Prospect into Mid Market and Enterprise organizations
- Research target accounts and identify relevant stakeholders
- Run outbound sequences across phone, email and LinkedIn
- Understand customer workflows and uncover potential automation use cases
- Work closely with AEs to develop account strategies and messaging
- Become genuinely knowledgeable about the product and automation landscape
Experience & Skills
- Previous BDR or SDR experience within B2B SaaS preferred
- Strong outbound prospecting and cold calling experience
- Comfortable speaking with technical and business stakeholders
- Curious about AI, automation and developer technology
- Coachable, competitive and comfortable working in a fast moving environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to understand technical concepts
