🚀 We're Hiring: Business Development Representative (BDR) - Marketing Partnerships & Brand Integrations

Are you a driven sales professional passionate about building strategic partnerships and creating exciting brand opportunities?

We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our network of brand partnerships, sponsorships, entertainment collaborations, influencer campaigns, and branded content opportunities.

📍 Remote 🕒 Full-Time 📅 Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

What You'll Do:

✅ Prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.

✅ Engage with key decision-makers, including:

• CMOs
• Marketing Directors
• Brand Managers
• Marketing Executives

✅ Generate qualified meetings and build a strong sales pipeline.

✅ Conduct discovery calls to understand marketing goals, target audiences, budgets, and partnership objectives.

✅ Present innovative marketing, sponsorship, and brand integration solutions to potential clients.

✅ Maintain CRM records and track outreach, opportunities, and pipeline growth.

What We're Looking For:

✔ 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, SDR, BDR, Account Executive, Media Sales, Advertising Sales, Sponsorship Sales, or Partnership Development.

✔ Proven success generating opportunities through outbound prospecting.

✔ Experience selling marketing, advertising, media, sponsorship, branding, or partnership solutions.

✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

✔ Advanced English (written and spoken).

✔ Experience working with U.S.-based clients.
