AdoptTech Solutions is looking for driven, coachable BDRs to join our next training cohort — open to candidates in any country in Africa.

This isn't an unpaid internship or a "pay to learn" program. You'll be matched with a real client company, trained on our proven social selling system, and start earning commission from Month 2 — with a genuine path to full-time employment at the end of 6 months.

What the program looks like:

📍 Month 1 — Build your pipeline and learn the fundamentals of social selling

📍 Month 2 — Start live outreach and book your first appointments

📍 Month 3 — Master conversations and appointment-booking

📍 Months 4–6 — Execute, scale, and build your track record

📍 Month 6 — Performance review, with a full-time offer for those who qualify

What you'll earn:

💰 Commission on every deal you help close, starting from 10% — from your very first month
