Role Overview

We are hiring a part-time Business Development Representative (BDR) for a Saudi-based company in the Tourism & Hospitality sector. This position focuses on lead generation, B2B sales outreach, and building strong client pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify, research, and qualify potential B2B clients within the tourism and hospitality industry.
• Client Outreach: Conduct outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage decision-makers.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain and update prospect records using CRM tools.
• Sales Collaboration: Schedule discovery calls and qualify leads for the senior sales team.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
• Experience in the Tourism & Hospitality sector is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and prospect research skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales management software.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
