This isn't your typical ad sales role. It's a chance to build real partnerships with local businesses and help them thrive using tools that actually move the needle. We're looking for a Business Development Representative to drive integrated media growth across Pinellas County — someone who's motivated, relationship-driven, and energized by the idea of being out in the community, not stuck behind a desk. What You'll Do Identify, pursue, and close new integrated media opportunities across our full digital and publishing portfolio Manage and grow a defined book of business throughout Pinellas County Design strategic, multi-channel marketing programs tailored to each client's goals Build lasting relationships with local business owners and decision-makers Keep a healthy, active sales pipeline Partner with internal teams to bring campaigns to life Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets What You Bring Media or sales experience is a plus — but a hunter's mindset matters more Strong communication and presentation skills Confidence prospecting, negotiating, and closing new business Comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams Experience with CRM software Sharp time management and organizational instincts A valid driver's license The Setup This is a hybrid role built for someone who likes variety — time in the field building relationships across your Pinellas County territory, balanced with flexibility to work from home or our office as needed.
