Company Description

We're Theranomics, and we ARE transforming cancer into a manageable disease, NOT a sentence.

We do this through a personalized approach that covers prevention and awareness, all the way to treatment tailoring through the molecular analysis of patients’ tumors and recurrence detection.

Role Description

You will be responsible for maintaining a continuous pipeline of qualified physicians for Theranomics, primarily across Hospital Ángeles and Médica Sur.

Your main objective will be to identify, contact, qualify, and engage Medical Oncologists, Pediatric Oncologists, and Onco-Hematologists, creating a consistent flow of qualified meetings for our CEO and commercial team. You will ensure that physician prospecting and follow-up continue even when the commercial team is traveling, attending congresses, or engaged in high-value meetings.

You will also support the conversion of new physician relationships into active and recurring Theranomics accounts by coordinating follow-up, identifying first-case opportunities, reactivating dormant physicians, and maintaining disciplined CRM processes.
