Business Development Representative - Stabilization

FLSA Status	Exempt, Salary
Compensation	$95,000 to $115,000; commensurate with experience
Bonus Potential	TBD/ Commission
Travel Required	Up to 50%

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction materials, road building, or heavy civil sales.
• Strong knowledge of Cement Treated Base (CTB), soil-cement, or related stabilization methods.
• Familiarity with mix design, compaction standards, curing processes, and quality control testing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and engineering drawings.
• Experience working with contractors, DOT standards, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-phase sales cycles.
• Strong estimating, quoting, and margin management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
