We're looking for a hands-on Business Development Representative (BDR) who's ready to accelerate Donna's growth by building pipeline, opening doors, and connecting our AI solution to the field sales teams who need it the most.
You'll be joining a growing US team at a pivotal moment, as Donna scales across North America. This is a hunter role. Your job is to hunt: go after the enterprise accounts that matter and are signaling intent, open doors others can't, and turn cold targets into qualified pipeline for our field sales solution.
You'll work closely with the Sales team, marketing team and our GTM engineer to shape how prospects understand our value and to fill our revenue pipeline with qualified opportunities. You'll report to our Head of Marketing.
What you'll be doing
You’ll be responsible to generate qualified discovery calls fit with our ICP, fueling Donna’s sales pipeline with opportunities.
Partner with our GTM engineer to turn existing signals from outbound, social, events, and intent data into prioritized target accounts, and add cold outreach when warm signals aren't enough.
Run multichannel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and more) based on the above. Continuously chase pockets of opportunities in the market, refine outbound experiments, based on data and learnings, with an experiment-driven mindset and in collaboration with our GTM engineer.
Keep HubSpot clean and accurate (with Donna and other AI tools automating the boring parts 🙋♀️), so every stakeholder interaction and account development is tracked.
Walk the floor at key industry events, trade shows, and Donna events to start conversations with potential stakeholders, create top-of-funnel interest, and surface new opportunities within target accounts.
Job requirements
2–4 years of experience in business development, outbound sales, or SDR/BDR roles in B2B SaaS experience or AI.
You love meeting new people. You're energized by conversations, naturally curious, and not afraid of cold outreach or cold calling - including at in person events.
Strong communication skills: crisp writing, clear speaking, and the ability to tailor messages to different personas.
Organized, self sufficient and proactive: able to manage pipeline, outreach, and follow-ups in a fast-paced startup environment.
Data-driven: familiar with outreach and AI prospecting tools (Lemlist, Apollo, Lovable, etc.), intent data, enrichment tools, and CRM best practices, to boost productivity and scale personalization.
Fluent in English.
Why you'll love it here
You'll help to scale Donna across the North America market.
You'll work side by side with GTM leadership.
You'll see your work turn into real customer conversations, pipeline, and revenue, fast.
Competitive compensation, flexibility, and the energy of a fast-growing international startup.
What you can expect
A category in the making. Field AI is a new category of enterprise software, and the implementation playbook is being written now. The standards you set will shape how Donna is deployed at every customer that follows.
Enterprise-grade work. You'll implement at global companies in manufacturing, medtech, consumer goods, energy and more, to the security and compliance bar that comes with them (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
Exceptional time to value. Most enterprise AI takes quarters to prove anything. Donna proves itself in weeks — and you'll own the work that makes that true, customer after customer.
Room to grow as we scale. We're a team of 40+, growing quickly across Europe and the US. As the implementation function expands, there is a real path into lead and specialist roles, including helping build our partner implementation program.
People who have done this before. Our founders have built and exited enterprise software companies twice. Our leadership come from strong growth SaaS and AI companies and have done it before.
International by default. You'll work with customers on both sides of the Atlantic, with a team in New York.
A Ghent HQ in the heart of the ecosystem. Our home base is in Ghent, we are connected with the Wintercircus, the StarApps community and Ghent's wider tech scene.
Rewards that reflect the stakes. A competitive salary and equity through our ESOP, so everyone shares in what we build. Comprehensive healthcare (401(k)) and group insurance, meal vouchers, paid time off and the equipment you need to do your best work.
We invest in the people who invest in the mission. You own your work and give it your all, and we make sure you keep growing: an annual company retreat, dev days and hackathons, regular team events, and a membership to the Collective at Wintercircus.
