With over 1 million followers across our platforms, we are rapidly expanding and looking for a driven Business Development & Sales Executive to join our dynamic team!

In this hybrid role, you won't just be selling - you'll be building creative advertising campaigns, packaging viral content ideas, and partnering with top corporate brands.

What You'll Do

• Drive Growth: Pitch and close creative digital advertising deals with brands to smash sales targets.
• Innovate: Develop fresh, high-value advertising packages based on current social media trends.
• Build Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing accounts from the initial pitch straight through to campaign performance.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our creative and production teams to bring brand campaigns to life.

Who We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships (Experience in a media/digital agency is a huge plus!).
• Professional fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to seamlessly manage Mandarin-speaking clients and oversee our Mandarin pages.
• A "hunter" mindset: you love chasing growth, revenue, and optimizing ROI.
• Confident in presenting concepts and negotiating directly with decision-makers.
• Must possess a valid driving license and own transport.
