We’ve signed up to an ambitious journey. Join us!

As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn’t a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let’s grow better, together.

The Role

At Arrive, we transform daily urban mobility by helping drivers manage their parking and supporting cities with their mobility policies. As part of our strong growth in the French market, this strategic role will drive expansion across the Paris, petite-couronne region and manage key Private Parking Operators (private companies managing paid parking on behalf of municipalities).

  • Job Title: Senior Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager

  • Department / Sub-function: Parking

  • Reporting to: Head of Sales France

  • Location & Travel: Based in Neuilly-sur-Seine. Flexible remote work. Frequent travel across the region (IDF) and occasionally within France (2 to 3 days per week, ~60% of the time).

How To Make An Impact

Serve as the face of Arrive in the Paris, petite-couronne region and to key private parking operators. The objective is to drive adoption of our mobile parking payment solution (MPP), boost ecosystem sales (connected terminals, parking meters, and SaaS management platforms for parking and broader mobility), promote SaaS/Insights offerings, and build strong relationships with local authorities and operators.

What You’ll Do

  • Business Development: Proactive prospecting, identifying key decision-makers (elected officials, technical directors), and closing new business opportunities.

  • Tender Management: Coordinating and drafting commercial proposals and responses to public tenders alongside technical experts (Solution Managers).

  • Account Management & Retention: Providing high-touch management for existing accounts and presenting product innovations.

  • Field Representation: Representing the company at industry trade shows and conferences.

  • Reporting & CRM: Managing daily sales activity and maintaining pipeline accuracy in the CRM.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Feeding market insights back to product managers and sharing best practices with international teams.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Sales Capabilities

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree minimum in business or engineering.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven success in complex B2G (government/local authorities) sales, key account management, or consulting. Background in digital/SaaS services or the mobility sector preferred.

  • Sales Cycle: End-to-end mastery of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.

Languages & Tools

  • French: Native or bilingual proficiency.

  • English: Fluent (required for international teams and context).

  • Tools: Proficient and disciplined use of a CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and Google Workspace.

Soft Skills

  • Strong drive, autonomy, and strategic thinking.

  • Outstanding communication skills across public and private sector stakeholders.

  • Curiosity and comfort with technical product details.

What We Offer

  • Direct impact on Arrive’s growth strategy in France.

  • High autonomy and key regional ownership.

  • A dynamic, collaborative, and genuinely international work environment.

  • Flexible remote-work setup in the heart of your region.
