Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Melaka, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing lead generation activities, and nurturing prospects through regular follow-ups. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing trends, and developing outreach strategies to expand Profast’s customer base. The specialist will prepare proposals and presentations, coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met, and maintain accurate records of activities in CRM or tracking tools. The role also involves building strong relationships through professional communication, supporting customer service initiatives, and contributing to sales targets and overall growth objectives.
