📞 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective U.S. business clients.

• Introduce PictorCorp's services professionally.

• Engage prospects and build business relationships.

• Qualify prospects and identify business opportunities.

• Schedule qualified Zoom appointments for the sales team.

• Handle objections and maintain productive conversations.

• Update CRM records and complete timely follow-ups.

• Meet assigned calling and appointment-setting targets.

• Maintain consistent productivity and participate in team coaching.

🎯 REQUIREMENTS

• 1–2+ years of experience in cold calling, B2B sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.

• Confident and professional telephone manner.

• Strong objection-handling and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• CRM experience is an advantage.

• Previous experience calling U.S. businesses is preferred.

📈 PERFORMANCE-BASED COMPENSATION

This is a target-driven position with compensation linked to monthly performance and compliance with company standards.

• Full Base Salary: Payable upon achieving the assigned monthly performance target.

• Partial Base Salary: If the target is not achieved, 40% of the monthly base salary may be payable, provided the employee meets the required standards for KPIs, productivity, attendance, punctuality, and working hours.

Performance targets and compensation terms will be communicated during the hiring process.
