Hostlab is a digital concierge platform that helps short-term rental operators improve the guest experience while reducing repetitive guest enquiries.
What You'll Do
• Prospect and reach out to short-term rental operators and property managers in the UAE
• Book demos and onboard new clients
• Manage your own prospect pipeline
What we're looking for
• Proven B2B SaaS sales experience
• Experience in short-term/SaaS sales highly preferred
• Confident with cold outreach via LinkedIn, email and phone
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a commission-only role
• Fluent English
Compensation
No base salary. Commission only.
You earn 50% of each client's monthly subscription for the first 6 months.
Example
• Close a 500 AED/month client = 250 AED/month for 6 months
• Typical earnings are 500 to 2,500 AED per client per month, with no cap.
High performers can realistically build recurring monthly commissions of 10,000 to 40,000+ AED.
