Our France team is in a dynamic build and scale phase - combining proven success in other geographies with a successful launch and deep investment in local market understanding.
Partner Credit Services is Tide’s SME lending marketplace vertical - connecting business owners to the right funding solution, at the right time, through partnerships with alternative and traditional lenders. Whether a founder is scaling, adapting to new challenges, or seeking financial breathing room - our mission is to help them move forward with confidence.

  • Manage the day-to-day activity, conversion rates, and sales quality across the broker team.
  • Drive a culture of excellence – embed best practices, coaching frameworks, and high accountability to create a performance-driven environment.
  • Performance Analysis: Define and implement Sales and Marketing KPIs, rigorously track performance against targets, and proactively take corrective actions to optimise outcomes.
  • Drive commercial relationships – provide lender feedback and play a key role in optimising partner conversion.
