THIS ROLE This role will coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds across alternative asset classes, including real estate, private equity, debt, infrastructure, and corporate structures. You'll manage the end-to-end client onboarding process by working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to operational teams. You'll oversee critical onboarding activities such as AML/KYC reviews, compliance approvals, bank account openings, service agreement preparation, legal document coordination, and Luxembourg regulatory filings. You'll maintain strong communication with clients and key stakeholders through regular meetings and proactive project management. You'll also support the development of junior team members while contributing to process improvements and stronger stakeholder collaboration alongside team leadership. WHAT YOU WILL DO You'll coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds across asset classes such as real estate, private equity, debt, infrastructure, and corporate structures. You'll lead client and stakeholder communications, including attending regular meetings and ensuring timely progress throughout the onboarding phase. You'll support and coach junior team members while driving process improvements and enhancing collaboration with stakeholders in partnership with team leadership. You bring relevant experience in the alternative investment fund industry or related Luxembourg corporate services, providing valuable industry insight. You possess advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, supporting efficient analysis, reporting, and coordination. You apply a problem-solving mindset with a collaborative, client-focused, and team-oriented approach to achieving business objectives. You are highly organized and structured, with strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills, a strong command of English, and a university degree in Law or a related field.
