Summary
We're seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst who can do more than build dashboards. This role combines technical expertise, business partnership, and continuous improvement to help transform data into actionable business outcomes.
You'll work directly with business and operational leaders to understand processes, define reporting requirements, develop reporting solutions, analyze performance, and recommend improvements that drive efficiency and results.
This role supports multiple business functions and requires someone who enjoys solving business problems, not just producing reports.
Your role in our mission
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes, reporting needs, and performance challenges.
- Design, develop, automate, and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations.
- Build reporting and analytics solutions using SQL, Python, Power BI, and other BI tools.
- Execute, validate, maintain, and distribute recurring reporting.
- Analyze business performance data to identify trends, risks, root causes, and opportunities.
- Develop actionable recommendations supported by data and business impact analysis.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and reduce manual effort.
- Lead reporting and analytics workstreams from requirements gathering through implementation and ongoing support.
- Present findings and recommendations to managers and operational leaders
What we're looking for
- Experience developing and supporting business intelligence, reporting, or analytics solutions.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
What you should expect in this role

- Opportunity to travel through your work up to 25% of the time.

The pay range for this position is $51,900.00 - $74,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
