Business Intelligence (BI) Developer

We are looking for an experienced BI Developer to join our team and take ownership of designing and delivering high-quality reporting and analytics solutions. In this role, you will transform data into meaningful insights by building scalable dashboards, reports, and analytical models that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with data engineers and business stakeholders to ensure data is modeled, visualized, and delivered in a way that drives real business value. Key Responsibilities Design and develop advanced BI dashboards, reports, and analytical models that support business decision-making Translate business requirements into clear reporting and visualization solutions Build and maintain data models optimized for reporting and analytics Develop and optimize SQL queries to support reporting performance and scalability Collaborate with data engineers to ensure reliable data sources and well-structured datasets for reporting Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reporting solutions Work with stakeholders to identify key business metrics and KPIs Maintain and improve existing reporting solutions and dashboards Use modern BI tools to deliver intuitive, user-friendly visualizations and analytics Leverage AI capabilities within BI tools to enhance insights, forecasting, and automated analysis Requirements 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting roles Strong hands-on experience with Tableau or Tableau Next (preferred) or other enterprise BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or MicroStrategy Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases Experience designing data models for reporting and analytics Experience building dashboards and reports used by business stakeholders Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and KPI design Ability to translate business questions into analytical and reporting solutions Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills Nice to Have Experience working with data lakes or data warehouse environments Familiarity with Python for data analysis or automation Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Understanding of modern data stack and analytics architectures Experience working closely with data engineering teams What we offer Full-time employment Working from home possibility Private health insurance Monthly Gym membership Access to education and professional improvement Working with great people in a culture that supports both autonomy and collaboration Office perks: great location, modern equipment, unlimited coffee & tea, fruits, spacious lounge area Team building activities
