What are we looking for?

An Business Intelligence Developer SR🚀 to join an important hearing products company (PJ Contract).

📍 Workplace: 100% remote

🔔Modality: Remote

🕑 Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m USA CT Time- (So you will work 12:00h to 21:00h BRASIL TIME)

Work will be performed on US time, observing US holidays.

¿What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions, dashboards, and data models.
• Build KPI frameworks and ensure data quality through robust validation and testing.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead analytics initiatives with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Optimize data processes and contribute to BI best practices.
• Research and recommend innovative analytics technologies and solutions.

¿What do we need?

That you have:

✔5–10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.

✔ Fluent English (required).

✔ Strong experience with Power BI, DAX, Azure Analysis Services, and SQL.

✔ Experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery & Composer).

✔ Knowledge of dbt, ETL/ELT pipelines, and modern data stack concepts.

✔ Experience with Git and version-controlled analytics workflows.

✔ Strong data modeling, visualization, and stakeholder management skills.

✔ Experience with Python, PowerShell, Linux, and Terraform is a plus.
