About the Role

We are looking for a Junior BI Developer with strong SQL programming skills and hands-on experience with MicroStrategy to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of professional experience working with SQL and MicroStrategy, along with experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, Teradata, or SQL Server.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain Business Intelligence solutions using SQL and MicroStrategy.
• Analyze business and user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Work closely with users and business teams to understand reporting and BI needs.
• Develop, test, and support BI reports and solutions.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Collaborate with team members while independently managing assigned tasks.
• Contribute to the adoption of new technologies and improved working methods.

What We're Looking For

• Advanced-level student or graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Science, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL programming – Required.
• Experience with at least one of the following databases:
• Oracle
• Teradata
• SQL Server
• Hands-on experience developing with MicroStrategy.
• At least 1 year of professional experience with SQL and MicroStrategy.
• Native Spanish speaker.

Work Location

Colombia: Fully Remote.

Argentina: Remote, with a requirement to work at least 1 day per week from a Teradata office or customer site.
