The full salary range for this position is designed to provide employees with the opportunity to progress and grow within their positions and reflects the competitive market value for these positions across the national market. GBLI, also offers a total compensation plan including bonuses for all positions. Typical annualized starting salary range for this position: $76,000 to 110,000 This range reflects base salary only and is not inclusive of bonus potential and other compensation considerations as it relates to the role. Specifically, this role will be responsible for: Designing, maintaining, and upgrading content across the Microsoft Power BI platform. Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and how they impact the business. Update metrics as needed using new trends in data and initiatives from leadership. Developing underwriting and profitability performance metrics alerts for senior management. Support Finance operations with automation of routine analyses. Troubleshoot problems with data warehouse and work with IT on developing a solution.
