Business Intelligence Developer – TIBCO Spotfire & Power BI

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands.

Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate!

Hybrid: 2 days Work from Home 3 days Work from Office

Your Profile & DNA:

We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Developer with strong hands-on experience in TIBCO Spotfire, Power BI, and SQL to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support enterprise-grade dashboards and interactive visualizations.
• Build and optimize data models and data transformation solutions.
• Develop data integrations using SQL and TIBCO Spotfire.
• Optimize dashboard, report, and query performance.
• Assist with or lead the migration of legacy TIBCO Spotfire reports to Power BI.
• Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency during migration.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable BI solutions.
• Troubleshoot, enhance, and support existing BI applications.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO Spotfire.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with data modeling and transformation.
• Strong understanding of data visualization and BI best practices.
• Experience with Spotfire-to-Power BI migration is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
