Dein Verantwortungsbereich

• Risikoanalyse, Reporting und Monitoring im Payment-Umfeld (OLV-Acquiring, Merchant-Portfolio).
• Entwicklung und Validierung von Prognose- und Risikomodellen für Kredit- und Transaktionsrisiken.
• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer maßgeschneiderten Reporting-Lösung inkl. KPI-Dashboards.
• Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Risk Management, Compliance und Business-Stakeholdern.
• Durchführung von Abnahmetests, Produktionsfreigaben und Backtesting der Modelle.
• Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Management und Shareholder.
• Begleitung von Projekten mit fachlichem Bezug und fachliche Projektleitung.

Das bringst du mit

• Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Statistik, Mathematik, Finance oder vergleichbar.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics oder Risk Analytics, ideal im Payment/FinTech-Umfeld.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in statistischen Methoden, Prognosemodellen, SQL/VBA sowie Data-Analytics-Tools (Python/R bevorzugt).
• Erfahrung mit IFRS 9, Basel-Regularien oder vergleichbarer Finanzregulierung im Payment-Bereich ist vorteilhaft.
• Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse; gute Datenbankkenntnisse und Fähigkeit zur Datenvisualisierung.
• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch; Präsentationserfahrung auf Executiv-Ebene.
