Business Intelligence Manager

I'm working with an established international SaaS business that's been operating for around 30 years and has grown to around 700 employees globally.

They develop their own B2B software platform and have an international presence across multiple markets, with a collaborative, people-focused culture and a strong appetite for technology, data and AI.

They're now looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to join their Strategic Finance function in a hands-on, player-coach role.

Logistics:

• Location: Delft, Netherlands
• Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite, 3 days WFH
• Permanent
• Salary: €85,000–€95,000 base (excluding 8% holiday allowance)
• Reporting to the Director of Strategic Finance
• English-speaking environment, Dutch would be highly beneficial

You'll be responsible for:

• Building and improving business-facing dashboards and management reporting
• Establishing trusted KPI frameworks and consistent metric definitions
• Translating data into clear insights, recommendations and actions
• Partnering with stakeholders across Finance, Revenue, Product, Customer, Support and Operations
• Working closely with Data Platform/Engineering teams
• Improving self-service BI and data literacy
• Helping shape the BI function as the role develops

We're looking for:

• Strong BI / analytics experience
• Hands-on SQL skills and experience with complex datasets
• Dashboarding experience with Qlik, Power BI, Tableau or similar
• Experience defining KPIs and reporting standards
• Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
• The confidence to influence senior stakeholders
• Leadership experience or the capability/evidence to develop further into leadership
• Comfort working in an evolving environment where there is scope to make an impact

SaaS or recurring-revenue experience would be particularly valuable and prioritised, alongside familiarity with metrics such as ARR, NRR and GRR.
