Business Intelligence & Operations Analyst

Overview Armoured One located in Syracuse, NY is looking for a Business Intelligence & Operations Analyst to join our growing company and work on our Business Intelligence team. This position, under the direction of the Business Intelligence Analyst, is a hands-on analytical role focused on helping the business make better decisions with data. You'll work across Sales, Operations, Field Service, Finance, and Inventory, using data to understand what's happening, identify opportunities, and improve how we operate. We're looking for someone who is analytical, curious, detail-oriented, and naturally interested in figuring things out. Our ideal candidate would be interested in the following: ● Working with large or messy datasets. ● Learning new software and systems. ● Solving problems where the answer isn't immediately obvious. ● Working independently and taking ownership of projects. ● Communicating analytical findings clearly to non-technical people. Salary: Starts at $70,000 per year Full-time, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday Responsibilities Analyze business performance and develop meaningful KPIs and reports. Build, maintain dashboards and analytical tools with Tableau, Excel, and Google Sheets. Develop forecasts and analysis for sales, operations, invoicing, and cash flow. Work with data from Salesforce, Rootstock ERP, and other business systems. Identify data-quality issues and help improve our reporting processes. Automate repetitive reporting and analytical processes. Conduct research and combine internal and external data to support business decisions. Work with department leaders to answer business questions and identify opportunities for improvement. Help evaluate and implement practical uses of AI and automation. Remote Position No Min Compensation USD $70,000.00/Yr. Max Compensation USD $70,000.00/Yr. Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills. Skills and Abilities: Excel/Google Sheets SQL Tableau, Salesforce ERP Systems Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, or automation is a plus.
