Role Description

The Business & Lifestyle Mentor is a remote role that can be done at any time, from anywhere.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting virtual mentoring sessions with practical business and lifestyle strategies.

Guiding clients through their personal, professional and entrepreneurial development journeys.

The Mentor will support clients with planning, aligning financial considerations with lifestyle choices, and using online tools to structure their days.

Additional tasks include maintaining accurate client notes and collaborating on program improvements based on participant feedback.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working autonomously, facilitating transformation and supporting others in building a life and business by design.

Qualifications

• Skills in Business Planning and Small Business to support clients in designing purpose-driven ventures.
• Possess skills in Mentoring and Training to effectively guide and coach.
• Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build trust and show empathy.
• Ability to work remotely and autonomously, with reliable access to online tools.
• Background in coaching, entrepreneurship, business consulting, or personal development programs is beneficial.
• Relevant certifications in coaching, mentoring, business, or leadership are an advantage, though not required.
