Business Manager

We’re currently looking for a talented Business Manager to join and lead our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals in our Regional WA Business Unit. How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives: Lead, supervise and coach the team so that they undertake work in accordance with divisional priorities, policies and processes. Manage and monitor team resourcing and portfolios at business unit level. Oversee recruitment & selection and on boarding of new team members. Prepare business unit budget for Operations Manager and manage the expenditure within budget and in accordance with delegations Ensure Quality KPI to be met at business unit level Implement strategies to proactively manage RTW performance and ensure the performance of the business unit and Team Leader meets benchmarks for state RTW outcomes Undertake specific services assessments including worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment, home and job analysis as required. What you’ll bring to the role: Australian recognised degree qualification in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Physiotherapy, Psychology or Exercise Physiology Strategic management with demonstrated success in the delivery of occupational rehabilitation services. Commercial acumen to drive business growth, profitability, quality initiatives and marketing activities with sound financial acumen understanding. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop others. Confident in staff recruitment, training and performance management. Advanced knowledge of Workers Compensation, Rehabilitation and Occupational health and safety legislation.
