About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and highly organized PMO Manager / Business Intelligence Analyst to drive project governance, operational performance, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
This hybrid role combines Project Management Office (PMO) leadership with Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities, supporting executive decision-making through effective project oversight, performance analytics, reporting frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.

🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesPMO Management & Project Governance
- Establish and manage PMO frameworks, processes, standards, and best practices.
- Oversee project portfolios and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Develop project governance structures, methodologies, and reporting standards.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
- Support Project Managers in planning, execution, and issue resolution.
- Prepare executive-level project reports, dashboards, and performance updates.
- Facilitate project reviews, stakeholder meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes.
Business Intelligence & Data Analytics
- Design and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reporting systems.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business and operational data.
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure business and project performance.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps through data analysis.
- Support strategic decision-making through accurate reporting and analytics.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and data visibility.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting systems.
Strategic Operations & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with leadership teams to support business strategy and operational excellence.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technology teams.
- Provide analytical support for business planning and transformation initiatives.
- Develop business cases, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
- Support digital transformation and process optimization projects.
- Promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.
✅ Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in PMO management, project management, business intelligence, business analytics, or related roles.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects, programs, or strategic initiatives.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, or similar platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with SQL, Python, R, or data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, business metrics, and performance management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent are preferred.
