Business Manager

Most companies have already tried AI: a chatbot here, a proof of concept there, very little in production. That's the gap Movify closes. As AI Business Manager, you're the one who gets us in the door, across Belgium.

No AI background needed: if you know the consultancy business and love opening doors, we'll teach you the AI part.

🤠 What you'll be doing

You'll work closely with our experts (AI Engineers, AI Leads, ML Engineers, Data Scientists and more) to shape the right answer for each client. Our AI work is varied: from optimising anti-fraud ML models for major banks and insurers to setting up AI governance for a major energy player.

• Build your own pipeline from scratch: pick your targets, reach the decision-makers (Heads of Data, CDOs, CIOs, innovation leads) through calls, LinkedIn, events and your network, and get the first meeting.
• Understand what the client is really trying to solve, and propose the right expert to join their team for the long run.
• Manage bids, negotiate and close.
• Work in tandem with our recruiter: they find the talent, you assess it with an AI Lead and bring it to your client.
• Turn first wins into long-term collaborations and grow the account.

🤓 What we're looking for

• 3 to 6 years of business development in an IT consultancy, a Big Four or an AI/data company.
• A proven track record of opening new accounts.
• A solid grasp of the consultancy model: rates, margins, long-term assignments.
• At ease with both business and technical decision-makers.
• A real interest in AI. A network in the Belgian AI & Data scene is a plus.
• Fluent in English and in Dutch or French. Trilingual is ideal.
