Business Operations Manager

Role Overview: The Business Operations Manager will play a critical role in managing backend operations, analyzing data, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring everything runs smoothly across departments. You must be highly organized, Excel-savvy, and capable of owning the daily flow of leasing activities. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor day-to-day operational tasks across leasing, logistics, and support functions. Utilize Microsoft Excel for data tracking, performance analysis, and reporting. Oversee and manage business operations across departments Handle rent collection and ensure timely payments Coordinate with customers regarding leasing or showroom services Monitor team performance and improve workflow efficiency Maintain compliance with industry standards and internal policies Key Requirements:  Proven experience in an operations role, preferably in the car leasing or automotive showroom industry Experience in rent collection and customer service Strong understanding of business operations, resource allocation, and team management Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Working Conditions: Remote, Full-Time 11:00 AM 8:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time) Note: Candidates must have a strong internet backup and a fully functional laptop/PC to be considered for this role.
