Role Overview We are looking for Korean-speaking professionals with experience in running or supporting small businesses (e.g., bakery, beauty salon, barber shop, clothing shop, etc) to join an AI evaluation project focused on real-world business operations. You will work on assessing how effectively modern AI systems handle practical SMB scenarios across areas such as customer communication, operations, finance, marketing, and market research. In this role, you will create realistic business prompts, interact with multiple AI systems, and evaluate the quality of their outputs. The work involves reviewing both text and visual content, analyzing AI-generated responses, and providing structured feedback based on usefulness, clarity, and accuracy. Strong understanding of small business workflows , AI tools , and business problem-solving is highly valued. CONTRACT: Contractor assignment (10-week project) COMMITMENT: 20-40 hours/week with minimum 4 hours PST overlap LOCATION: Remote — South Korea PROCESS: Portfolio Documents Review ( no interview ) NOTE : You must be able to upload supporting documents such as marketing visuals and content, business document processes, CRM workflows, budget planning, market analysis etc. in order to make the AI prompts realistic Responsibilities Create realistic prompts based on common small business situations and goals Interact with multiple AI chatbots and compare response quality Evaluate outputs based on accuracy , clarity , usefulness , and business relevance Review AI-generated visual and written business content Assess workflows involving spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and business documents Provide structured comparative feedback and scoring Submit completed evaluation reports and conversation transcripts Test AI handling of customer communication and operational scenarios Contribute business insights related to marketing, research, and financial planning Follow detailed evaluation guidelines and quality standards Examples of small businesses that candidates could realistically relate to for this project: Local bakery or pastry shop Restaurant or café Beauty salon or barber shop Freelance graphic design studio Small digital marketing agency Online clothing or jewelry store Photography business Fitness studio or personal trainer business Real estate agency Local grocery or convenience store Cleaning services company Construction or handyman business Travel agency Event planning business Auto repair garage Dental or medical private practice Pet grooming or pet care business Accounting or bookkeeping service Furniture or home decor shop Printing and signage business Flower shop Small manufacturing workshop Language school or tutoring center Social media management business Logistics or delivery service Mobile phone or electronics repair shop Airbnb/property rental management business E-commerce dropshipping business Interior design studio Local tourism or excursion business Fluent Korwan communication skills 2+ years of experience as a business owner or in small business operations Strong understanding of day-to-day SMB workflows and customer interactions Experience using AI tools such as chatbots or generative AI platforms Ability to evaluate written and visual business content critically Comfortable working with spreadsheets, PDFs, and image-based inputs Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
