The app provides easy access to a wide range of verified providers, including domestic help, electricians, plumbers, nurses, doctors, and salon specialists. With over 100 service providers, Homeday focuses on reliability, speed, and convenience for users. The platform currently serves locations such as Gurgaon and Patna and continues to expand its reach. Homeday aims to simplify everyday life by bringing essential services directly to customers’ doorsteps with just a tap.

Role Description The Business Partner will play a key role in supporting Homeday’s growth by managing relationships with service providers and strategic stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new partners, maintaining strong communication with existing partners, and ensuring service quality standards are met. The role involves analyzing performance data, proposing improvements to processes, and collaborating with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and customer support to enhance partner experience. The Business Partner will also contribute to business planning, assist with contract management, and support the implementation of new initiatives. This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent collaboration through digital tools and virtual meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and relationship management skills, with experience in managing external partners or vendors.
• Competence in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and partner groups.
• Organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple initiatives and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with digital platforms, remote collaboration tools, and basic understanding of app-based or marketplace business models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in service marketplaces, real estate, or home/health services is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and adapt to evolving business needs in a remote setting.
