Role Description

The Business Partner is a contract role responsible for developing and expanding Eureka Partnership’s network and programs in Tangerang and across wider markets. This hybrid position combines on-site collaboration in Tangerang with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and engaging potential partners, presenting and promoting financial education programs, and supporting partners in implementing these programs within their communities. The role also involves building long-term relationships, tracking progress against growth targets, and providing feedback to improve offerings and outreach strategies. The Business Partner is expected to collaborate closely with internal teams, participate in training sessions, and represent the organization in local events and online meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and partnership-building skills, including networking, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Solid communication and presentation abilities, with capacity to explain financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Understanding of basic financial education principles and personal finance, or willingness to learn and upskill in these areas.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, manage time effectively, and meet agreed targets and deadlines.
• Prior experience in sales, community outreach, education, or similar fields is beneficial.
• Comfort with digital tools for remote collaboration, presentations, and reporting.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to making a positive social impact.
• Fluency in English and local language, and residency or regular presence in Tangerang or nearby areas.
