HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) for Local Support: Build and structure the Portuguese GO XL team; Support the upskilling of Managers and coworkers, having a “close to the field and hands on mindset"; Develop the sense of belonging and team cohesion; Drive the local HR strategy aligned with group guidelines, leveraging synergies to maximize organizational readiness; Develop and animate the company culture. 2. Management of the HR Cycle Animate the Performance cycle (annual reviews, salary review...); Conduct Talent Reviews, identify high-potential profiles, and follow their progress; Coworker Experience (employee satisfaction survey & Action plans), 3. HR Development: Recruitment & Integration, Skills Development Anticipate, implement, and monitor the annual recruitment plan; Create a GO XL Onboarding program and be an ambassador for the Adeo company culture; Identify needs and implement individual and collective training plans; Lead change management and organizational transformation initiatives to support business scalability, fostering a continuous improvement mindset (Lean HR) across operations; Structure, digitize, and simplify HR processes (automate, optimize, etc.) in collaboration with ADEO teams; Leverage HR analytics and KPIs to drive business performance, aligning workforce data (turnover, absenteeism, productivity) with operational and financial goals. HR Projects Lead change management and organizational transformation initiatives to support business scalability, fostering a continuous improvement mindset (Lean HR) across operations; Structure, digitize, and simplify HR processes (automate, optimize, etc.) in collaboration with ADEO teams; Leverage HR analytics and KPIs to drive business performance, aligning workforce data (turnover, absenteeism, productivity) with operational and financial goals. 5. HR Administration & Payroll Manage administrative tasks (job offers, contracts, working time management, etc.) and/or coordinate them (with potential service providers); Prepare and control the payroll (with a service provider). 6. Legal & Safety Prepare and update mandatory documents and ensure legal compliance Health & Safety : establishment of a safety culture Your Profile Solid experience as an “All around” HR Generalist (HRBP, HR Administration, Payroll ...) with a strategic vision, and a taste for executing daily operational tasks; HR Project Management Skills Innovative, but also keen to implement Group HR policies; Structured, proactive, capable of addressing a multitude of subjects simultaneously and autonomously, good prioritization Skills; Adaptable, good Leadership skills, excellent communicator, Proficient in English, Spanish.
