We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Business People Partner with a strong systems mindset to own the Full Employee Lifecycle. In this role, you will act as a trusted strategic advisor to team leads and employees - driving engagement, performance, and retention. You will balance deep human-centric coaching with data analysis, process improvement, learning initiatives, and team activities to help our organization scale effectively. What You'll Bring: Experience: 3+ years of experience as a People Partner, HRBP, or HR Generalist in an IT environment, with hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle Languages: Ukrainian (Native/Fluent) is required; English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) for smooth cross-border communication HRIS Expertise: Strong familiarity with modern HR Platforms (HiBob experience is a strong plus) Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze HR metrics, work with complex survey data, and derive actionable strategic insights from raw numbers L&D & Facilitation: Experience in organizing team activities, training sessions, or developmental initiatives for remote/hybrid teams People & Soft Skills: High empathy, active listening, and strong mediation skills for conducting impactful 1-on-1s and performance conversations Process & Automation Orientation: A continuous-improvement mindset with interest in process optimization, automation, and AI tooling What You'll Do: Full Employee Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end employee journey - from seamless onboarding and probation tracking to 1-on-1 performance reviews, internal transitions, offboarding, and conducting insightful exit interviews People Partnership & Coaching: Act as a dedicated partner for team leads and employees; provide guidance on team management, performance challenges, burnout prevention, and conflict resolution People Analytics & Insights: Leverage HR data (eNPS, turnover rates, retention, survey results) to identify trends, predict risks, and make data-driven recommendations to improve organizational health Learning & Team Development: Identify skill gaps, drive internal training initiatives, support leadership development, and foster a culture of continuous learning across teams Team Engagement & Culture: Design and implement team-building activities, virtual/onsite events, and engagement initiatives to maintain a vibrant, connected remote culture Process Improvement & AI Integration: Continuously audit and optimize internal HR processes, SOPs, and playbooks HR Systems Management: Actively utilize and maintain our HRIS (HiBob), ensuring high data accuracy, streamlined workflows, and automated lifecycle triggers What We Offer: Competitive Salary in EUR: with annual performance reviews to recognize your growth Flexible Remote Work: balance productivity and comfort Comprehensive Benefits : including medical insurance, psychologist support, and Polish and Slovak-speaking clubs Generous Paid Time Off: 20 working days of paid vacation, plus 10 additional paid days off, 10 paid sick days, and all national holidays in your country Professional Development Support: reimbursement for courses, training, and certifications Well-being Perks: support for language classes, sports, massages, or life coaching Please note that feedback on your application will be provided within two weeks if a positive decision is made regarding your candidacy.
