Our client is an established international organisation with a strong presence in Dublin.

They are seeking a Business Performance Analyst to join the business in a broad role offering exposure across financial analysis, business performance and commercial decision-making.

The business is open to candidates from a broad range of backgrounds, including FP&A, fund accounting, financial services, audit, banking, management accounting and commercial finance. A professional accounting qualification is not essential.

  • 3+ years’ relevant professional experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders.
  • Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing organisation.


Role and Reporting Lines

Working as part of a wider finance and commercial team, you will provide analysis and insight to support business performance and strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
  • Producing financial and commercial analysis for senior stakeholders.
  • Analysing business performance and identifying key trends and drivers.
  • Working closely with stakeholders across finance and wider business functions.
  • Supporting commercial projects, business cases and process improvement initiatives.
