Business Performance Controller APPLY FOR THIS JOB Responsibilities: Partner with IT management to monitor and control operational IT costs, coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting processes, analyze cost deviations, and provide meaningful business insights and recommendations. Act as a financial partner for major business and transformation initiatives across the company, monitor project spending, prepare monthly project portfolio dashboards, and ensure transparent reporting of project performance and risks. Serve as a backup for the Cost Controller function, supporting company-wide cost controlling activities and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting to the Group. Lead improvements in planning and controlling processes related to IT, projects, and cost management, while developing faster, more reliable, and value-adding management reporting solutions. Implement appropriate controls to ensure accurate commission calculations and reporting, while collaborating closely with Sales and HR teams on commission-related planning, monitoring, and analysis. Prepare monthly management insights and presentations highlighting key trends, opportunities, and risks, translate findings into actionable business recommendations, and work closely with Pricing and Underwriting teams to analyze market developments. Requirements: Higher education in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with large data sets and translating data into business insights. Advanced Excel skills . Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across functions. Ability to challenge, influence and support business decisions through fact-based analysis. Strong communication and presentation skills. Fluent English, both spoken and written.
