Our Headquarters are in Brussels and we have active accounts and offices across Europe (i.e. Luxembourg, Athens, Brussels, etc.) More information: www.keyes.eu THE BACKGROUND For our client, a financial European Institution based in Luxembourg, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Process Analyst to join a fixed term mission in a major EU Institution , For the needs of the client, you need be based near Luxembourg to work hybrid (remotely 40%) . More specifically, you will be responsible for… Meeting and interview business users to understand their activities, needs and pain points. Analysing existing processes and identify opportunities for streamlining and automation . Mapping AS-IS and TO-BE processes , using BPM/process modelling techniques. Identifing manual, repetitive and inefficient activities and propose improvements. Appling Design Thinking approaches to understand user needs and co-design solutions. Translating business requirements into actionable recommendations for IT and process owners. Working with economists, engineers and other stakeholders to design improved processes. Supporting the transition from current manual processes towards more standardised and automated workflows #LI-GD1 #NRB #TRASYS Strong experience with Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst or Process Consultant . Strong experience in business process analysis and optimisation . Experience mapping AS-IS / TO-BE processes and working with BPM/process modelling . Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Comfortable interviewing users and challenging existing ways of working. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A practical, process-oriented and improvement-driven mindset . Familiarity with Design Thinking is a strong plus. Experience with process automation, workflow or digitalisation projects is highly desirable. Are you the perfect match?
