As a Business Process Analyst at BairesDev, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll gather and analyze requirements, document business processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement systems that improve operational efficiency. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that technology solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
What You'll Do
Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Create detailed documentation, including process maps, use cases, and user stories.
Support the testing and implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing solutions.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
What We Are Looking For
3+ years of experience in business analysis or related field.
Experience with requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
Knowledge of business process modeling and mapping.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Ability to understand and document complex business processes.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Advanced level of English.
