Business Process Consultant at BairesDev

In this role, you'll bring a strong consulting background to map business processes tied to application modernization efforts. You’ll work directly with clients to understand and document how legacy and mainframe-class systems operate before they're re-architected into modern cloud platforms. This is your opportunity to apply your consulting expertise to high-impact modernization projects where process understanding drives technical success.

What You'll Do:

- Consult with clients to map business processes related to application modernization initiatives.

- Apply systems engineering principles to analyze and document complex workflows.

- Deliver project-based, client-facing consulting engagements.

- Lead requirements gathering sessions to ensure accurate and actionable process documentation.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in business process mapping.

- Strong background in systems engineering.

- Consulting or professional services background with project-based, client-facing delivery experience.

- Experience with application modernization, re-architecting legacy or mainframe-class systems into modern cloud platforms targeting Java, Go, or .NET.

- Strong requirements gathering skills.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
