BeYourself@Miele
Diversity inspires the best ideas. That is why we welcome applications from everyone, regardless of background, gender, religion or belief, disability, age, or sexual identity. What matters are your skills, your potential, and the difference you want to make.

Your Responsibilities

  • As part of our internal IT coordination team, you connect operational supply chain planning with IT, project teams, and external implementation partners
  • Business requirements from the planning organization are captured, prioritized, and translated by you into clear functional requirements that IT and project teams can work with
  • Together with business teams and IT, you improve planning processes for spare parts, accessories, and consumables in SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP)
  • From solution design and testing through go-live and hypercare, you coordinate business activities and make sure new solutions work in day-to-day operations
  • As a Key User for SAP IBP, you support the planning organization with process and system questions and act as a central link between users, IT, and project teams
  • For end users, you create clear documentation, process descriptions, and training materials and support the transition from existing planning solutions to SAP IBP
  • Improvement opportunities in processes, data quality, and system usage are identified early and turned into concrete actions together with the relevant teams

What we are looking for

  • A degree related to Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification gives you a strong foundation for the role
  • You understand supply chain planning processes from practical experience and can assess and improve requirements from operational teams
  • Experience with planning systems is essential; knowledge of SAP Integrated Business Planning or SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization is particularly valuable
  • Business processes are something you can analyze in a structured way, turning pain points and business needs into clear requirements for IT solutions
  • Major transformation programs motivate you rather than put you off, and you are comfortable shaping far-reaching strategic change across the organization even when priorities conflict or discussions become challenging
  • Complex topics are something you can explain clearly to different stakeholders while keeping collaboration constructive and decisions moving forward
  • Strong English and good German skills allow you to work confidently with colleagues and stakeholders in an international environment
