We are currently searching for a Business Process & Integration Engineer: Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements and identify automation opportunities. Translate requirements into technical solutions quickly and independently. Design, build, test, and deploy workflows and integrations. Develop and maintain automation solutions with minimal supervision. Build integrations using APIs, ETL, and enterprise tools. Support testing (unit, integration, UAT) and fix defects quickly. Troubleshoot production issues in a fast-paced environment. Create technical and process documentation. Own solutions end-to-end with high autonomy. Requirements 3+ years experience in workflow automation, integration, or data engineering. Hands-on experience with Azure (Data Factory, Functions, integrations). Strong experience with Snowflake (data pipelines, warehousing). Strong Python programming skills for automation and data processing. Experience with APIs, REST, ETL, system integrations. Experience with SAP CPI (mandatory or strong equivalent integration tool experience). Full SDLC experience (build, test, deploy, support). Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work independently and deliver quickly. High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery. Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering." Desired Regrello / Blueprint experience. Other workflow tools (ServiceNow, Power Automate, UiPath, Camunda, Appian). CI/CD and deployment automation. BPMN or process modeling. Azure Functions / serverless experience. Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants. Languages Advanced Oral English. Advanced Spanish. Note: Fully remote.
