Business Process Project Manager Consultant

Annual Gross Salary Range : Min. 30,677€ - Max. 38,729€ (depending on experience). Who Are We? We are currently hiring a Business Process Project Manager Consultant to join our Consulting team for our new projects in Valencia . Our Consulting department takes responsibility for providing project management support, professional business and strategic guidance services as well as technical continuous improvement advice to our Volkswagen Group partners. What Will Your Responsibilities Be? Project support : Supporting consulting projects from conception to implementation for digital transformation projects Project management : Application of project management methods Problem solving : Structuring content and solving problems creatively and independently Presentation and moderation : Of meetings at different hierarchical levels as well as across different company cultures Active role in the company : Working on topics in parallel (this applies to customer projects, internal topics as well as support in business development). What Requirements Are We Looking For? Education : University degree focused on management, economics, engineering, or other quantitative driven academic background (advanced education - Master level - in Business Management is a plus). Process Orientation Requirements : A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in management consulting or similar area, with relevant Process Management experience. Proven experience leading business process improvement, optimization, and organizational transformation initiatives. Experience analyzing, redesigning, and standardizing business processes across different business areas. Strong background in process optimization, operating model design, and continuous improvement initiatives. General Consultant Requirements : Some experience in structure and process analysis for transformation projects (in automotive industry is a plus).
